John Coale's push to resume Belarusian potash supplies via Lithuania sparks disagreement in Washington

The Kyiv Independent reports that the initiative by US President Donald Trump's administration to resume exporting Belarusian potash fertilizers from Lithuanian ports comes from special envoy John Coale and does not indicate a change in Washington policy.
