A Ukrainian court has issued an arrest warrant for father and son Sergei and Pavel Kabarchuk, who were sentenced in Belarus to 20 years in prison for “terrorism.” In their home country, they are suspected of illegally manufacturing and smuggling drugs; Belarusian human rights activists have recognized them as political prisoners.
