On October 11, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree introducing sanctions against, among others, a Belarusian crypto exchange and its head. The list of companies was proposed by the National Bank of Ukraine, and the sanctions will remain in effect for the next 10 years or until lifted.
