There is a plan to remove from Lithuania's Constitution the ban on placing nuclear weapons and foreign military bases in the country. The first of the two votes required to adopt the amendments has already taken place in the Seimas. Why did Lithuania want nuclear weapons and how did Belarus contribute to this?
