Belarusian state propaganda has launched a new campaign: preparing society for the possibility of stripping citizenship from individuals who fled the country for political reasons. While the Constitution explicitly prohibits this, the Law "On Citizenship" now permits it. Belsat spoke with lawyer Ales Mikhalevich to examine how citizenship revocation threatens political emigrants.
