PACE rapporteur on Belarus Emanuelis Zingeris is preparing to submit a resolution to PACE on continuing economic pressure on Lukashenka and against lifting sanctions. Zingeris told Belsat why he does not believe in bargaining with Lukashenka and sees no reason to change policy toward him.
