Information that the Belarusian KGB allegedly prevented a sabotage attack at one of Russia's "strategic facilities" turned out to be fake. It was spread on the morning of September 24 by Russia's Interfax, whose report was initially cited by Belsat as well. As it later turned out, the original source was a fake Telegram channel posing as the official resource of the Belarusian security service.
