EADB: Belarusian economy grows by consumer boom

The Belarusian economy is supported by consumer demand, the Eurasian Development Bank noted in its traditional weekly review. At the same time, the GDP growth rate still slowed down, and if it were not for Belarusians spending a lot of money on purchases, the decline would have been larger.
