Dzmitry Abelski, son of Iryna Abelskaya, head of the Republican Clinical Medical Center of the Property Management Directorate of the President, has become one of the owners of the new pharmaceutical company PharmaScience, which plans to build an eye drop manufacturing plant in Belarus costing about 10 million dollars.
