Belarusian fuel imports cover only three days of Russia's shortage

Ukraine claims to have stopped most of Russia's oil refining. Fuel production has indeed fallen sharply, sources told the Financial Times and Reuters. Monthly fuel supplies from Belarus cover only three days of the shortage.
