There is currently no comprehensive plan. We realized this during our last discussion about the disconnect between the individual reforms proposed by democratic forces and the regime's regular "five-year plans." This disconnect also relates to the lack of a clearly defined long-term vision for Belarus, specifically for 2036, 2040, 2050, and perhaps even 2076.
