Tsikhanouskaya’s Office has presented a "lustration concept." It’s an interesting document, about 60 pages long, from which one can learn a lot about how lustration was carried out in other countries and what approach this institution considers most optimal for the New Belarus (whenever it arrives). I have a couple of substantive questions for the author, but that’s not what today is about. The document exists, but it feels like something is missing.
