The Belarusian authorities are planning to prohibit the rental of summer cottages for events. This intention is outlined in a draft decree titled "On Improving the Activities of Garden Partnerships," which has been submitted for public discussion. We explored public opinion on the officials' proposals and consulted experts on the underlying reasons and potential consequences of these regulations.
