Andrzej Poczobut, a journalist and representative of the Polish minority who was released in April, has stated that he intends to return to Belarus as early as September—before the congress of the Union of Poles in Belarus. He made this announcement on June 10 at a meeting organized by the Polish organization Wspólnota Polska, according to the publication Niedziela.
