The Ministry of Health revealed how they "put out the fire" surrounding the doctor shortage in Belarus: they simply gave them more work. Moreover, according to officials, doctors are not overworked, as the so-called part-time ratio is at an acceptable level. Doctor Stanislau Solovey, in a comment to Belsat, identified the shortcomings of this practice and warned that Belarus is also facing a shortage of nurses.
