Tatsiana Luhina, the head of Kamvol, believes that Belarusian enterprises are at a disadvantage compared to their competitors, partly because employees do not work as intensively. She noted that in India, people often work 12 hours a day, while in Belarus, the standard is 8 hours. In light of this, Belsat decided to investigate whether a longer working day actually contributes to a stronger economy.
