On May 12, the Council of Europe's information point for Belarusians was inaugurated in Vilnius. The day before, Alain Berset, Secretary General of the organization, one of the continent's key human rights institutions, gave an interview to Belsat, in which he discussed how the new point could benefit Belarusians and why the Council of Europe is treating the Belarusian case separately from the Russian one.
