Belarus officials upset after social media compares Women's Year memorial sign to tombstone

In Nyasvizh, municipal workers planted an alley "in honor of the Year of the Belarusian Woman," and a memorial sign was placed to mark the occasion. On social media, it was called a tombstone. The district executive committee was upset by this and admitted that it's easier to do nothing at all than to face criticism afterward.
