On April 20, a large gathering was held at the historic “Stary BUW” building of Warsaw University with Nobel laureate and former political prisoner Ales Beliatski. “The Man at the Epicenter” was the title of the event organized by Belarusian PEN, Studium Europy Wschodniej, and the Viasna Human Rights Center. That evening, Ales Beliatski truly became the epicenter of optimism and faith in Belarus’s future. Belsat attended the meeting and shares the highlights.
