Nobel laureate, founder of the human rights center Viasna, and former political prisoner Ales Bialiatski, who was released just four months ago, was a guest on the "Morning with Belsat" program. On the eve of Viasna's 30th anniversary, the prominent human rights activist recalled how the fight for democracy began during the crackdown on the Chernobyl Way protests in 1996 and the constitutional crisis, and shared his thoughts on how Lukashenka's regime has changed over the decades.
