The U.S. to lift sanctions on Belaruskali, Belinvestbank, Development Bank, and Finance Ministry

After talks between U.S. envoy John Coale and Alyaksandr Lukashenka, rumors emerged about the release of political prisoners. Shortly afterward, Lukashenka’s press service published a video excerpt in which Coale speaks about lifting some sanctions.
