Back to Minsk: Trump's man returns – will more prisoners walk free?

According to the Lithuanian portal Delfi.lt, citing its own sources, US Special Envoy for Belarus John Cole will visit Minsk as early as next week. All of his previous visits to the Belarusian capital have been linked to the release of political prisoners.
