On March 5, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhankou, acting on instructions from Alyaksandr Lukashenka, held a phone conversation with the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to discuss the situation in the Middle East.
