The draniki diplomacy: Belarus puts its signature dish forward for global cultural protection

Belarus intends to propose the inclusion of traditions for preparing dishes made from grated potatoes – primarily draniki, potato pancakes, and babka – in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
