Belarusian citizen Tatsiana Shkala appealed to the governor of Russia’s Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, asking him to pay attention to the treatment of her son, who fought for Russia, sustained severe injuries, and is now being “finished off” in a hospital in the Kursk region while “wounded and helpless.”
