Belarus plans to allow television channels to use music without the prior consent of authors or copyright holders in certain TV programs from the mandatory public package. The corresponding norm is provided for by the draft law "On Amendments to Laws on the Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Objects", which the deputies adopted in the first reading.
