On January 27, a bill was submitted to the House of Representatives that significantly expands and changes the logic of crime prevention. Formally, we are talking about adjustments to the Law "On the Fundamentals of Crime Prevention", which has been in force since 2014. However, in fact, these changes take preventive monitoring beyond the usual "surveillance" and turn it into a multi-level system of state control — with the involvement of the police, employment services, medicine, education, and employers.
