Lukashenka recently stated that Belarusian exports to China and investment flows from that country should be increased. He also described relations with China as "strategic" and indicated that Belarus will always cooperate with them. Is Minsk so important to Beijing, and will it be possible to exploit the pragmatic Chinese for its own purposes?
