The National Bank of Belarus has changed the rules for certification and special certification of managers and specialists in the banking sector. The relevant changes are enshrined in the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank No 370 of December 20, 2025, signed by Raman Halouchanka, and published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
