At the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, which will be held in December, the authorities are going to approve a new program of socio-economic development for 2026-2030. The document, according to officials, is already ready, but has not yet been published. Meanwhile, state media began to explain in advance why the previous five-year plan was "not fully implemented" and why the new one may also face difficulties. Belsat decided to check how Belarus coped with the goals set out in the program for 2021-2025.
