Belarus once again finds itself in the bottom third of the global rankings for the rule of law. According to the World Justice Project's 2025 report, the country ranked 105th out of 143 countries, maintaining its position from last year and showing some of the lowest scores in the world for limitations on government authority, transparency of governance, and respect for human rights.
