The Belarusian company provided Russia with a sanctioned solvent that could be used to create banned chemical weapons. Deliveries went through shell companies in Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, the BIC (Belarusian Investigative Center) found out. Three businessmen close to Alyaksandr Lukashenka are involved in these deliveries at once.
