The Russian government has lifted the requirement for exporters to sell foreign currency on the domestic market. Economist Anastasia Luzgina warned in a comment to Belsat that this, along with other factors, could lead to a decline in the Russian Ruble against the USD, and subsequently the Belarusian Ruble.
