Russian troops arrive in Belarus for Zapad-2025 military exercises

Russia previously used these exercises as a cover for an attack on Ukraine from Belarusian territory. Belarus's neighbors do not rule out the possibility that the current exercises will be used again to mask aggression. However, NATO warns that this would be "very unwise."
