EU adopts 18th package of sanctions banning all transactions with four Belarusian banks

Kaja Kallas, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and President of the Foreign Affairs Council, calls this package "the toughest" and says that "each sanction weakens Russia's ability to wage war."
