PACE holds Lukashenka responsible for the illegal transfer of Ukrainian children to Belarus

On June 24, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a resolution titled "Legal Aspects and Human Rights Issues in the Context of Russian Aggression Against Ukraine." The final version of the document included an addition regarding Alyaksandr Lukashenka's responsibility for transferring Ukrainian children from occupied Ukrainian territories to Belarus and through its territory.
