Medvedev: talks with Ukraine in Istanbul not necessary for peace, but for Russia's ‘complete victory’

Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has stated that the goal of the “peace talks” with Ukraine in Istanbul is in fact to “ensure Russia's quick and complete victory.”
