In recent days, the deaths of two former political prisoners, Hanna Kandratsenka and Tamara Karavay, have become known. Human rights activist Maryna Kasinerava noted in a comment to Belsat that in Belarus, in general, the conditions in which prisoners are kept do not meet the norms, and even more horrific practices are used against political prisoners.
