Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on reports that North Korean troops have been flown to Russia for deployment in Ukraine.

Peskov did not deny the information but called it contradictory.

,,

We see a lot of contradictory information. The South Koreans say one thing, and then the Pentagon says there is no confirmation of these reports, so there is much conflicting information. This should probably be approached with caution, the Kremlin spokesman announced.

"This should not raise concerns because this cooperation is not aimed at third countries. We will develop this cooperation further," - Dmitry Peskov said, as quoted by Interfax.

Earlier today, South Korea's Foreign Ministry summoned Russia's ambassador to Seoul,Georgy Zinoviev, to protest the sending of North Korean troops to Russia for deployment in Ukraine.

In recent weeks, there have been increasing reports that soldiers of Kim's regime will soon begin to take part in the war in Ukraine. This information is confirmed by both Ukrainian intelligence and Western analysts.
